Rock Power Marketing is a boutique advertising agency founded by Mike Deiure. With over 14 years specializing in paid advertising and a career rooted in entrepreneurship, Mike brings a hands-on, results-driven approach to every client partnership.
The Story
From Music Studio to Marketing Agency
Mike Deiure's entrepreneurial journey started in the early 2000s — not in a boardroom, but in a recording studio. As a guitar instructor, session musician, and music producer, Mike spent years recording bands, producing albums, and teaching students how to play. That passion for teaching led to his first business venture: a series of instructional guitar videos sold through two websites he built from the ground up — SuperGuitarLicks.com and RockGuitarPower.com.
Those sites became Mike's crash course in e-commerce, online marketing, and what it takes to build something from nothing. After growing his own businesses successfully, other companies started asking for help — and Rock Power Marketing was born.
Over the past 14+ years, Mike has focused exclusively on paid advertising across Facebook, Google, and Microsoft Advertising, managing campaigns for businesses in real estate, automotive, clothing, non-profits, and more. Along the way, he's built deep expertise in email marketing, marketing automation, CRM platforms, data analytics, tracking, and custom reporting.
More recently, Mike has been at the forefront of AI — building custom software and applications powered by artificial intelligence, and coaching businesses on how to integrate AI into their operations.

Based in Rochester, New York — but embracing a mobile lifestyle for over 15 years — Mike stays active year-round. In the winter, you'll find him on the slopes snowboarding. In the summer, he's on the water wing foiling and wake surfing, or training for his next triathlon. And music has never stopped — performing, writing, and learning new music remains a lifelong pursuit.
