All client engagements are governed by a separate service agreement or statement of work. These Terms govern your use of the Site only. In the event of any conflict between these Terms and a signed service agreement, the service agreement shall prevail.

Our services may involve managing campaigns or integrations on third-party platforms such as Google Ads, Meta (Facebook/Instagram), and Microsoft Advertising. We are not responsible for the terms, policies, availability, or actions of these third-party platforms. Your use of those platforms is governed by their respective terms of service.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Rock Power Marketing shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the Site or our services, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages. Our total liability for any claim arising from the use of the Site shall not exceed the amount you paid to us, if any, during the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.
